Click the menu bar icon to open the popover, a compact live dashboard. Compose it in Studio -> Popover.

Templates and elements

Start from one of ten built-in templates. Sessions only, Weekly outlook and Side by side pair each Claude metric with its Codex counterpart. Then add, drag, hide or delete elements:

  • Metrics (Ring, Chip, Arc, Big text): Claude Session (5h), Weekly, Sonnet, Fable, Extra Credits; Codex Session (5h), Weekly.
  • Pacing (Bar, Tile, Text): Claude Session, Weekly, Fable; Codex Session, Weekly.
  • Utilities: Agent watchers toggle (Claude only), Updated timestamp, Plan badge, Open TokenEater, Refresh and Quit.

Each element takes a full, half or third of the width and can show its percentage and reset countdown. Metrics your account lacks drop out. Save any layout as a template; the menu bar's right-click menu switches between templates.

One layout per mode

All, Claude and Codex each keep their own popover. With both providers on, the Provider switch toggle (Studio -> Popover) pins three dots above the layout to change mode. See Claude and Codex.

Banners

A banner at the top flags a Claude connection problem or outage, with the fix: Re-authorize, Retry now or the status page. Waiting for Claude Code to refresh is a calm state, not an error. Copy diagnostic copies a report with no token or credentials. Fixes are in Common issues.
